Returning Flight for the Kansas Honor Flight

Kansas Honor Flight #67 returns Friday, November 9th, 2018, and we are excited to be welcoming our heroes back home for the final flight of the year!

Come and join us at Wichita's Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport for this special event, and help us give our Kansas veterans the "Welcome Home" reception they deserve, but many of them never received.  Many of our veterans tell us that seeing so many people welcome them home is the best part of going on a Kansas Honor Flight.  We would love for you to come and be a part of this wonderful event.

When? Friday, November 9th, 2018. Flight usually arrives around 11:55 a.m.

Where?  Wichita's Dwight D. Eisenhower Airport(click for more info)

With the completion of this flight, in 2018 Kansas Honor Flight has taken 25 WWII vets, 84 Korean War vets, & 328 Vietnam War vets to D.C. to visit their Memorials for a total of 437 Kansas heroes. Since beginning our mission in 2012, we have taken 570 WWII veterans, 710 Korean War veterans, & 800 Vietnam War veterans to Washington for a total of 2,080. This has all been possible because of the tremendous effort and support of many, many individuals!
